Shipping Policy: The Micks Collective PTY LTD

 

1. Global Fulfilment & "Local-First" Shipping

To ensure your order reaches you "right on time" and with a reduced carbon footprint, we utilise a global network of professional printing and fulfilment partners.

  • Local Hubs: Whenever possible, your order will be printed and dispatched from the fulfilment hub closest to your delivery address (including facilities in Australia, the United States, and the Philippines).

  • Processing: As our items are made-to-order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

 

2. Pre-Order Delivery Timeline

  • Specific Release Dates: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship on or around the date listed in the product description.

  • Consolidated Shipping: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the final pre-order item is ready for dispatch.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and handed to our local carrier, the following estimates apply:

  • Australia: 2–5 business days.

  • USA & Philippines: 3–7 business days.

  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days (subject to local customs processing).

 

4. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the local fulfilment hub.

  • Our Guarantee: Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for ensuring your order is delivered. If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact management@micksofficial.com.au within 7 days so we can open an investigation with our local fulfilment partner.

 

5. International Customs & Duties

  • Duties/VAT: For orders shipping across international borders, your local government may charge import duties or VAT.

  • Responsibility: These fees are not collected by The Micks Collective PTY LTD and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us because of unpaid duties, return shipping fees will be deducted from any store credit or refund.
