Team Micks Store operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Team Micks Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ slightly from digital renderings due to device settings.

  • Made-to-Order: Many of our apparel items are produced specifically for you upon purchase. As these are bespoke items, we do not hold additional inventory for size exchanges. Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before completing your order.

  • Descriptions: All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" (including the "girl, you'll be fine" collection) have specified future shipping or delivery dates (e.g., April 10th or 17th, 2026). By purchasing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge that the shipping date is an estimate and subject to production timelines.

  • Combined Shipping: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together on the latest specified date unless otherwise stated.

  • Personal Use: Purchases are for personal use only. Commercial resale without express written consent from The Micks Collective PTY LTD is strictly prohibited.

 

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices posted do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or international customs/import charges unless stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

While we strive to meet all estimated dates, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

 

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, audio, and "girl, you'll be fine" cover art are owned by Michaela Cook PTY LTD, its affiliates, or licensors. SECTION 7 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital Music Singles are deemed "delivered" and the contract fulfilled at the moment the download link is generated and sent to your provided email address. All digital sales are final and help contribute to official music chart positions.

 

SECTION 8 - REFUNDS (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW)

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot be lawfully excluded.

  • Faulty Goods: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Change of Mind: As per the ACL and our Refund Policy, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size for a made-to-order item.

 

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and The Micks Collective PTY LTD consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

 

SECTION 10 - ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
